£155 + VAT a corner for the BMW. Bridgestone Potenza 17" & fairly wide. Runflats as well.

Runflats will do that :)

The A4 tyres aren't that wide but the back of the BMW's (esp ones like the 5 series) had some seriously fat tyres at the back

I need 245/50/16s.
I've usually a choice of Kumho, Nexen or some ditch finding Chinese brand. Between £100 - £60 a corner generally.
