Is apple still submitting disingenuous evidence? But never mind version 2 is unaffected until it sells well then expect another law suit.

Well it'll have to sell well first. Not that we'll know if it does, because Samsung doesn't actually release sales figures.

In any case, I'm not entirely sure it would go that way. Tim Cook apparently has a different attitude to legal shenanigans than Jobs did - he's publicly stated he think the lawsuits are a waste of time and a drain on the company. I guess we'll find out of that's actually his position, or just PR.

Hmmm. Samsung could take the Swedish Month Python advertising line once the ban is lifted;
"The tablet so good, Apple tried to ban it.

For those of you that don't know, the tag line for Life Of Brian in Sweden was: "The film so funny that it was banned in Norway".
