VW gave my car a free winter health check. Which was nice. All in good shape apart from the rear washer which I already knew about.

Lucky sod, we just had ones with pictures behind the doors.

Not now though. Oh no. Not now. The GF came back with a Thorntons advent calendar for me this evening. It was on offer. Good girl.

I had only one advent calendar. Never got one after that!

Anyway, I opened the door for 1st Dec and the smallest choc was looking back at me. Even a Cadbury's Button was more than twice the size!

How big are the chocs in the Thornton's one?

How much I've got done today.
I'd like Wednesday off all the time. 2 days work, 1 day off, 2 days work, 2 days off. It's great.

At my old surgery, that's how one of the doctors would work. Because he was on-call once a week and in charge of the local nursing home, it meant he could manage the work (and stress) load more effectively.

I nearly hit a horse last night coming back from the gym. Driving down a hill and it just walked out from behind the trees by the side of the road. Just as well I was driving quite slowly!

What's on my mind?

http://www.sudokuwiki.org/Sudoku_Solver ... le_Devices

This and pretty much nothing else at the moment.

I've finally enetered the finishing straight and now it's just a matter of putting data etc... into it.

Everything works for the actual app I just need to populate it all now.

Getting very close to completion and I just want to get home and work on it.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

Despite not being an IT pro I have often found myself acting as tech support for family and friends in the UK and Australia. Now I've moved to Denmark I'm finding the same thing, except now I don't understand the language. Fortunately menu structures and icons are the same so it could certainly be a lot worse. But seriously, hvad fanden?
