There's a girl in the VIVA movies advert. Voiceover states its "that girl from the bill".
I'm trying to work out who it is. She looks pretty fit.

Almost certainly not some 'name' actress. Probably makes a living doing a bit of modelling and extras roles. Maybe some stage work.
In Europe somewhere.

Indeed. That ad is patently dubbed into English, so she could be from anywhere.
Not as bad as the Uncle Ben's boil in the bag rice thing ad where the guy chucks a bag of rice into a geyser mind. They haven't even bothered to try to make the English script match the mouth movements at all in that one...
