This was at the end of a morning of: being peed on by an infant (thankfully only hit my shoe and a bit of trouser), having to do two rectal exams, both on men over 80 and one of them clearly didn't have a wash this morning), having a look at one chap's infected foot (complete with pus coming out) and a teenager's super cheesy feet, and then some snob who demanded antibiotics for a sore throat which she'd had for 24 hours.
Yes, I really do love my job(!).
