Apparently you should avoid the set-pics of The Dark Knight Rises folks, as they're the sort of thing that will give away major plot points

Henry Cavill as Superman in 'Man of Steel' (First Photo)

http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/henry-cavill-superman-man-of-steel-219396

Quote:
Warner Bros. has released the first photo of Henry Cavill as Superman in Man of Steel.
In the photo, Cavill, who last starred on Showtime's The Tudors, wears his cape and appears to dodge sparking flames.
Zack Snyder's take on the superhero film hits theaters in 2013.
It also stars Amy Adams as Lois Lane, former CSI star Laurence Fishburne as Daily Planet editor in chief Perry White, and Diane Lane and Kevin Costner as Superman's adoptive parents, Martha and Jonathan Kent. Russell Crowe and Julia Ormond play his birth parents.
Michael Shannon plays villain General Zod. His partner in crime is Faora, played by Antje Traue.
Man of Steel is produced by Charles Roven, Emma Thomas, Christopher Nolan and Deborah Snyder.
The screenplay was written by David S. Goyer, from a story by Goyer and Nolan, based upon Superman characters created by Jerry Siegel & Joe Shuster and published by DC Comics. Thomas Tull and Lloyd Phillips are serving as executive producers.

Anne Hathaway as Catwoman

Quote:
Anne Hathaway, who also plays alter-ego Selina Kyle, in skin-tight leather riding a giant motorcycle.

From the description, it rather sounds to me like she'll end up almost exactly like the character Michelle Ryan played in Doctor Who i.e. a bit bland.

From that image, I'm less than impressed with Catwoman. I'd rather have had the Penguin instead.

I can't see how Anne Hathaway is going to be a suitable Catwoman at all.

I'm struggling to see it as well, but Nolan hasn't did much wrong so far, so I'm hoping he's spotted something he can 'mould'* :|

I really wish I hadn't seen that photo though, the movie's pretty much an entire year away...

* As opposed to 'Fcuk it, this is my last chance to get Anne Hathaway into a leather catsuit!'
