If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

Is your claim worth £3750 too? It's bloody annoying. Our home number is registered with the TPS too, but we still get the robot calls from the bloke with the cheesey american accent "this is a free message...". Dunno what comes next, I've never listened long enough. We still get marketing callers too - I wish I could pull off something like this. (possibly NSFW - i think there is an odd swearword in there)

I have received three phone calls in the space of as many days telling me that I've won some ridiculous amount, (can't remember exactly how much, but it may have been 20,000 or 200,000 euros) on the euro lottery thing. I've been having lots of fun telling them how excited I am, and how this must be a miracle, as I don't even do the lottery... for some reason they always hang up after that The second time they phoned I said something along the lines of "Fantastic! That's 20,000 yesterday AND 20,000 today! Are you sending the payments seperately, or will I get a cheque for 40,000 euros?" She hung up... again

I had one telling me to claim for an accident I had. The problem is that I do not remember an accident. So if I claim it would be fraudulant. I just ignore them.

I got my first ever (IIRC) one of those the other day, I certainly don't get them as often as some people, happily
