Dear Bahrain,

You missed your chance this year. Please try again next year, but before you apply make sure that your population isn't oppressed or undergoing civil unrest.

KThankxbye.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

Looks like the teams are all united and dead against the Bahrain GP this year on logistical grounds.

Clicky

I’ve had to do an early prediction of Guru today as I’m away tomorrow for a week so might lose some more of my lead by the end of the weekend :(

Edit - [LIFTED] Edd's 3 points behind me.....

I kinda cocked mine up - I thought you had to wait until quali before making picks.

Then I had a look on the site and was wondering where you lot were getting the early guru points.

Oh well...

Mr. Todt, don't you ever believe that I will let my brother in jail while you and your friend, the Crown Prince are enjoying your F1 race. Simply we'll take to the streets as we did last February. 30th of October will be our Day of Wrath, so get ready.

I'm sure this guy isn't the only person of that opinion.

It looks like they succeeded. It was tight, but Matt's letter tipped the balance. :D ;)

Interesting take on the "Todt is a Tw@t" on Joe Sawards blog

http://joesaward.wordpress.com/2011/06/ ... -thinking/

seems his opinion is that the guy got out manoeuvred and put in an uncomfortable position. A mistake he will no doubt learn from.

I am ambivalent. He has done well in his career to date. Notably bringing Peugeot to the fore in Rallying and a very successful spell with Ferrari. However, I would have liked to see what Ari Vatanen brought to the table, he would have got my vote, if I had one.

I was expecting a fast, exciting race from Canada. Instead, we get a water-logged, slow, SC punctuated, dull procession. :(

Lewis was an impatient muppet again, although I can only assume that JB didn't see him for the clash.

Think LH has to be careful or heading for a racing ban due to dangerous driving.

Looks like the GP will end after just the 25-lap procession due to the weather. Wonder why they don't postpone race until tomorrow like they do with Nascar racing?
