Reminds me of another driver, who happens to be German.

Vettel's good, don't get me wrong. If anything LH has caused JB to no doubt lose this race.

It's the whole spiel he comes out with at the end of races like 'we are who we are' yada yada that makes me dislike him.

Edit: Jeez, now LH is at it again. He's driven like an arse this afternoon. Actually he's driving like I do in F1 games.

Gutted.

I had Button for a win and fastest lap, AND I had Maldonado on for a points finish.

The safety cars wrecked my Guru picks.

Vettel wins again.

Not quite as big a yawn fest as the previous GP's this season.

Surprised LH not black flagged.

I wouldn't be surprised if they penalise him retrospectively. As much as I like him, and loved that move on Schumacher, I thought he was hot-headed and impatient for much of the race.

I wasn't going to watch this year's Monaco, because it's normally just a procession.

But I'm glad I did. Pity about the end, though. I reckon Button would have had a real go at the number one slot if they hadn't red flagged and restarted.

Fates conspired against him, definitely. I do have to agree with Weber though, why bother sending them out for a handful of laps that pretty much were a procession? Just so you get to see someone actually get the chequered flag?

Lewis just blamed the steward for trying to stop him racing and the reason he gave "may be its because I'm black...." think it was a bit tongue in cheek but he wasn't happy.

Don't think if should have said that personally

Edit- live on the bbc red button forum

You're joking?

So, top off a day of driving like a tw@ by making yourself sound like a tw@. Nice one Lewis.

Said with jest yet it's obviously on his mind enough for him to say it, no? Hmmm. I do like to see Lewis take risks and be adventurous, especially on a track that can be as boring as Monaco, but surely every time he dives down the inside it can't be the other guys fault? Maybe he's watched too much Senna and expects the other guy to give way if he's aggressive enough?

That was a very exciting race up until the procession at the end. I can understand them wanting to finish the race under a flag rather than behind the safety car but allowing everyone to put on fresh boots destroyed what was looking to be a climactic last few laps. Everything was building up to it; Jenson taking an unusual approach of extra pit stops and luckily being fed into clean air, Vettel having to stay out to hold off and Alonso, and then all three of them racing head to toe for several laps. I'm very disappointed we didn't get that race to the finish.

Hamilton is a great racer most of the time, but he acted like a tit a couple of times and caused a few accidents much to the detriment of race enjoyment. If he wants to race like that then he should consider leaving open wheel motorsport.

Also two medical extractions in one weekend, time to rethink the safety of road circuits.
