I learn't that last week... today I learned that Orange customer services is actually quite good. Registering my new phone on the automated thing was proving a bit troublesome, so I actually got to speak to a human person. They sorted it quickly and with no hassle. Not bad for once...

I need a root canal. Dentist says the filling which was there beforehand wasn't sealed properly and everything is rotten, he was quite surprised I can't feel anything. Anyway hopefully breaking part of the tooth two weeks ago on a boiled sweet, leading to the appointment today, will save the tooth.

Q. Why do dentists always blame the workmanship of previous dentists? I don't even know who to blame as I've moved around so much over the last seven years.

That Pete Doherty's usual lenient sentencing is even more suspicious when you consider this:

That was the first I'd seen anything about that death, and it reads like yet another complete police procedural fcuk-up...
