It's only June 1st and it's already too hot for me to get a decent nights sleep. I'm on top of the covers already, I'm screwed when it comes to July/August. :(

Lucky you. I've got to go to work in the Libyan dessert for four weeks at a time (starting soon). If they don't have aircon it'll be a nightmare to sleep.

I was under the impression that the desert was a lot cooler during the nights :? As in, cool enought to sleep well?

It is. You'll be fine Lev.

Ah, the joys of sleeping in what was once an underground garage with only a patio door for light - on the dark side of the house!

I'm loving the warmer weather, it's lovely to have the sun getting me warm right down to my bones :D I can sympathise if you can't deal with the heat though, especially when sleeping. In Montana, at 120F the best trick was to put a wide bowl of cold water behind the fan/fans, it means the air cools as it passes over the water and really helps.

I'm enjoying the heat as well. Sorry for those who aren't though.

Depends if it’s an air brick or not, I suppose.

Might be sleeping during the day. 24 hour call sucks.

Moan moan moan, whinge whinge whinge.
It's nice weather, quit your complaining and just enjoy it. It'll not be long before it's away and you'll all be complaining that it's too wet, or it's too cold, or it's too windy.
*sigh*

Agreed, it's much easier to keep warm than stay cool. I prefer the colder weather, late autumn is my favourite time of year.

I love really cold winters, snuggles, ice, nice walking weather, plus it should be so cold it never rains, just snows :D
