Quiet tonight - last post on here was hours ago! I'm up working on one of our our "core switches" which I can only do this time of night, because half the changes I do need a bloody reboot  Good news is, it's going according to plan. I was supposed to be working, but my TalkOpalWarehouse interwebs failed at 1am presactly. I'm now on a 3G tethered connection, and although it's usable for text I seriously can't work with it. Even one can on Relentless is enough for me. This cold threw my sleeping pattern out of sync. I got up on Sunday around midday, so when I went to bed last night, I didn't fall asleep until 3am. Had to get up at 7am andwas at work all day on a long day. By the time I got home, I lay down on the bed at 1900 and the next thing I know it's 0130!!! Was planning on getting back to sleep but realised I hadn't eaten anything since 1300. Just had a mullerlight yoghurt, cereal bar and some powerade. Hopefully will keep me settled until brekkie. I don't know where my mother put tonight's dinner! _________________ He fights for the users.

You should be careful about eating late at night as your body may interpret it as breakfast and kick start your metabolism, best bet if your starving is a cup of milk or a quick banana and then try to get off to sleep again.
