This is more what I have done that what I'm going to but still, I've just come back from a badminton training session and the club's award ceremony - I won a massive trophy for being "Most valuable player".

This weekend, the wife and I have some free trial or something at the local gym. We do intend to join.
She had a hen night on Sunday, I will veg out in the flat while she is out.

The British Touring Car Championship is at Oulton Park, so I'll be going along with my camera to take a "few" pictures. I'll probably upload a few when I've sorted them out.
