100 - 9 = 91

91 x 6 = 546

546 - (7 + (9 x 2)) = 521

I'm guessing it that thing - the 10 O'Clock Live Show or whatever it is? In which case it'll be on 4OD tomorrow.

EDIT: Or it could be 'How TV Ruins Your LIfe', which has the fact it uses countdown in it's programme description. Hmm.. anyway, it's being reshown

22.55 on the 5th (Saturday) on BBC four So you can catch it then. Or.. yes it is up on iPlayer and I'm downloading it now :).
