It's going fine John thanks. I'll never return to what I was like before the accident and, although it has been over a year, the docs think there is still room for improvement. I have difficulty turning my head to any great degree and physio can only help so much but I'm due back in Glasgow soon so can discuss further options then. I've got to be happy with how its turned out though - alive, reasonably mobile and still able to take photos with my inferior Canon (depending on your viewpoint) Another post closer to the 2000 club  Edit: 1000 post club  Al
