There will of course be some people that do not fall into either of the above categories (and I suppose I'm one of them). In their cases perhaps some discussion of said event might be interesting to a smattering of the wider 404 community, but as I'm not a douchebag, it never occurred to me to post about it. However, I made a passing comment in another thread and far from being abandonEdd, the topic has since been expoundEdd upon to perhaps a larger degree than I feel is wholly gentlemanly.

I know what you mean; one doesn't need intimate details bandied about on a public forum like this one. I remember when I was in the USA some time ago getting together with a MILF only to find that she was unashamedly prepared to disclose very personal things about me to all and sundry!

OK, I'm going to be the first to apologise for any embarassment, and re-iterate that we're only having a little bit of fun, but if it is a big deal I'll do the right thing and respectfully get the [LIFTED] out of this thread!

It's a bit worring when you lot have to start threads to talk about getting laid. More infrequent than a blue moon by the sounds of it you poor sods.

You don't know the half of it.

In other (bitter & twisted) news, a lady friend of mine is off to Casablanca with her new fella. A man I hold to be one of the biggest [LIFTED] in the known universe and I suspect the whole thing will end in tears.

One hates to be judgemental, but after watching several of my female friends get involved with [LIFTED] after [LIFTED] and not learn any kind of lesson over the experience, I now tend to let them get on with it. People have lie in the beds they make, especially if they do so against your best advice. It's got to the point where I had a slight alcohol fueled row with a very good friend who in the middle of rather melancholy and self-pitying 'why can't I find a proper boyfriend' moment didn't take kindly to me pointing out it was because she always threw herself at [LIFTED]s and gave the decent blokes who expressed an interest the run-around.

In the end, people make their own lives and trying to do it for them, even if they're doing it wrong, rarely gets you any brownie points.

:D So it's not just me then.
This fella got drunk, took a 5 figure sum of money from his fathers company and lost it all in a casino. I'm rather hoping they don't so far as having a joint account...

It's not just you boys either. I get that all the time. But I tend to concur with Jon after years of nonsense.

Dan, like I said, I imagined it was at least semi-regular for most people here. Apparently not!

No, apparently not James. :D

All I can say is, those concerned have my sympathies.

Stiff.... upper lip and all that. :D

Shakerdom was surely the best contraceptive, convince a community of young horny humans who've evolved for billions of years to prioritise procreation, that sex is a bad thing and should be avoided.

I believe that is ugliness and sobriety

There's a famous joke

"OK, I get the point about the one for her, but why one for you?"
"In case her's comes off."
