I really struggled to get out of my pit this morning. Ah well its Thursday so the week is nearly over

+1. My alarm goes off at 6am with a second one at 6:30 am. Missed them both and woke up at 6:40. Hmm, perhaps I should try and go to bed earlier of something.

Got to bed later than planned last night, no feeling the effects. Thankfully I don't start work for 2 hours, so I have some time to wake up and turn myself back into a human, with the aid of caffeine and Bovril (and a venison sausage or two).

I have car parts, lots of them, I've ordered tools, and am trying to work out the name of the last thing I need to order because the exploded diagrams aren't helping. I'm supposed to be working but the lights are not working over my desk and I can't really see what I'm doing so I'm hanging out waiting for facilities to come and work their magic. Gods but I'll be glad to get into the new building..12 weeks to go!!

It's unbelievably shilly for a late August Thursday, my fingers are already cold and I'll be in my cardie all day today. I need a cuppa to warm up on, but I have to get a visa application printed out for signing first. Allons-y!!

Alarm clock crashed this morning whilst trying to tune in the radio so I awoke to the sound of my son crawling in to the bedroom just before 7am, still managed to get to work on thime though.
A couple of hours in the office before a meeting then more fun in the office.
Is it Friday yet?

Nearly Friday and nearly time for my week off. Soooooo looking forward to it. And I won't be stuck in any traffic jams this weekend as I will be statying HOME! Good luck to anyone that does have to travel. It's going to be nasty out there.

Bought one of the red tumblers from Barstucks the other week so am quaffing Hot Lava Java as I type. Need to put in some serious family time this weekend as I'm off into hospital on Monday to get this AS sorted so a group hug as we go into Friday sounds like a good idea.........
