Morning all,

Faye has recently become friends with one of the part-time members of staff where she works, the lady is around 50ish, anyway we went to her and her husband's house last night, out in Llanafan (10 miles away, took ~30 mins), for dinner. Their house is beautiful  Lovely old kitchen, high ceilings, wonderful lounge and an extremely nice study.

So, after getting home at 3ish yesterday I had a couple of house to do nothing before I was whisked round there, and although I loved it, I'm feeling it this morning! I only went to bed at 11! Roll on tonight, I want my bed back!

Morning all,

coffee is on. Weather is a bit brither. Have to turn the heating off in a minute (we let it run for 24 hours or so ever 4, so that the pump doesn't cease - the heating is over 20 years old).

Eldest daughter's 3G stick finally turned up today... Problem is, she moved out 2 weeks ago!

Going to the doctor's this afternoon, to see what he says, hopefully I can go back to work soon - I've been given notice, but it still beats sitting around the house! I managed to put some trainers on, for the first time since the operation, and it was actually a lot easier to walk and drive in them, than it is bare-foot or in sandals, so it looks like I'm on the mend! :)

Morning.

Good to hear your foot is on the mend, Dave. Also good to hear Zippy's pains are apparently banished, too.

This morning I drop l'Atomo di Forza in for his MOT, and then wander off to an osteopath appointment. At some point, I will wander back and collect the car, hoping it won't have cost me a king's ransom this time.

Then? Well, home and stuff.

Morning World,

I slept very well last night. I also made a dish for dinner which contained quorn sausages and it wasn't horrible. Apart from some texture problems it was quite tasty and I may do it again with real sausages in the future which would be a tastier option. I am bright-eyed and bushy-tailed this morning, I have already gone through my inbox and reduced my "To Do" list to 3 items :D now I think it's time for a cuppa. I'm in Notts again tonight so I am planning a quiet night with a shower, some dinner and my book before an early night!!

To the Bat Cave!!

Oh go away. For every person that's had a good nights sleep someone has had a bad one. Grumpy and in need of coffee and food.

Greetings.

We're going away for the weekend, so if you don't mind letting the crims know the house will be empty until Monday, ta.
