Lo peeps

Mark - sorry to hear about your little friend :(

Heather - apologies, I think my boys stole your sleep pattern  8.30 last night to just after 8 this morning - can't be bad?

Youngest trashed his room last night - another episode in the life of a parent

Picked up the new car yesterday and am struggling with the 520 page manual :o I start on the sat nav and voice-activated systems manual later today if work doesn't get in the way.

Al

Morning World,

It's the "Sharks with frickin' laser beams attached to their heads" event tomorrow. Guess what I was up obsessing about at 03:20 today? :?
Work is a bit worky, but on the bright side I get to go home after work today :D Looking forward to seeing my Mister and the Menagerie. *Hugs* and best wishes for them as needs it.

Morning all,

Today and tomorrow I'm on lates, 2-12. I'm up early because I need to go tell the JSA people that I have a job and they can take me off their systems.

'lo. I'm about to go see what's Bratty's latest problem, then try and get my head down.

Morning.

I slept almost normally last night. Still feel like a warmed-over turd, but hey. Sleep is sleep, right?

Today I have a bone density scan. As I'm not a floppy blob on the floor, I presume I still have a skeleton holding me up, and today's scan will hopefully confirm it's not being absorbed as quickly as last year. Fingers crossed.

Onwards and sideways!

Morning all,

had the stitches out yesterday, didn't feel a thing. Took the steps wrong and nearly pulled the stitches, on the way to the docs!

I am now allowed to walk without the crutches at home, but still need them, if I go outside.

Eldest daughter is coming home for the weekend, having spent her first week in her own flat. She has finally appreciated, that the fridge doesn't magically fill itself with food, and just how expensive it is to replicate this "magic" with your own wallet!

GRRR! I hate the feature, where the forum doesn't post, if something appears while you are typing the post! This was my first post of the day, but will be the 6th to appear!

Lo peeps

You take things for granted when you're used to them!!! Had to set the odometer on the new car yesterday so it was out with the 520 page manual  Then I got distracted and a 30 minute site visit ended up taking a lot longer  I can't get the wife's phone to pair with the car which is annoying.

On holiday next week but we're staying at home. Kids are still off school so it will be an interesting week

Afternoon all. Glad it's Friday.
Seriously considering putting my fist through the radio in the lab as Ferne Cotton's innane drivel is getting a bit much.

Anyway, not long till the weekend so have a great day folks.
