I think I shall find that today is the Calm Before the Storm as I've got a heck of a day coming tomorrow.

Happy damn Thursday! The sun is shining, humidity is down, the train gods were good to me this morning and my boyfriend has had a full weeks work this week so healthy pay packet tomorrow (most of it will go on a new clutch for car but hey ho) and Mum is taking me out for dinner tonight. Afternoon all, I think I've got an interview for a 3 to 6 month contract tomorrow. The money isn't good and it's a fair distance, but it'll do to calm the wife down a bit... I've also got another couple of potential gigs I'm looking at, and potentially a couple of non I.T. related projects which I can't discuss at the moment which I'm investigating but for now.... Morning all,
Looks like a nice day today. Got an interview at 10.30 in Machynlleth (about half hour away). Leaving at 9 to compensate for any traffic and I've no idea where the actual place is, I've looked on Google Maps, can't find it at all. So I'm hoping a local garage will know.
Apart from that, nothing planned today. If I'm not forced back outside I'm probably going to be looking at writing Java inside Perl and generating GUI's...

The great telephone problem has started again at a customers site. Even with the proof it's the telephones system at fault I expect the phone guys to blame the network.

Morning All, I finally have a 'gnosis for my head problems. Google "Ventriculomegaly" and "Hydrocephalus" and that's where I'm at. It's a sort of double-edged sword but just knowing what it is and having a gameplan is making me feel quite relieved. First action point is to give up caffeine, I'm currently supping a nice lemon and ginger tea.  I feel a migraine in my future, I usually get them when I've been uptight and then get relief, unfortunately I've had to switch to migraleve ultra which is a bit annoying since I haven't got any on me at the mo.
