Morning all, busy day again... Gf's mother coming over for a BBQ this afternoon, so busy clearing up and I have some holes to drill. I want a peaceful weekend, where I don't have to do anything and can relax and do what I want...

Here, here! I know the sentiment well. Until the wedding is done and dusted, I don't think that's likely to happen though. Spent most of yesterday doing organising bits for the wedding, including table layouts and music for the evening.

Monday's child is full of meh.

Afternoon all.
Snotty letter to Letting agents (see Letting Agents & Gardening Thread) prepared and posted.
I hope they cut themselves on the envelope.
Anyway, that aside, not a bad day so far.
Boss came back from a trip to Australia with chocolate Koala bears and chocolate coated macadamia nuts, which is nice.

just got back from a party at a friends. my head feels terrible but that is more than made up for by the great time i had. now i need to sleep for a while

Afternoon all,
Ill today, I hate having days off but I couldn't muster the energy to go in, spoke to the boss who said you're better off working at home and resting.
Will probably tidy the house if I ever make it off the sofa.

Congratulations Rusty. Back at work today... Here today and tomorrow, then signed off for a couple of weeks. I hope the operation goes smoothly. The doctor won't be able to say exactly how long I will be out of action, until after the operation, once he has had an actual look at the state of my heel...
