Greetings.

Sleeping a little better now I'm becoming accustomed to the heat and humidity. Still not comfortable, and not the deep restful sleep I really need, but still.

Taking Best Beloved to the quacks shortly. Why do they arrange appointments in town centres in the middle of rush hour? We have to leave stupidly early to travel the five miles so we don't end up in a traffic jam. :?

Onwards and sideways!

Rain, RAIN! Where has this come from?

Actually it will be good for the garden as it was looking a bit brown (that’s the plus side). On the minus it will encourage the grass to grow so will have to mow it over the weekend

Oh well as they say every silver lining has a cloud

Morning all.
It did the rain thing here too. At 5 am.
I can feel the humidity rocketing up already. Joy.

Have a great day folks.

Last night was rather good. I am hungover. I have toast. That will be all.

Morning all,

The bins have been put out and the first cuppa of the day is being drunk.

I'm going to try and pop over to Jacobs at lunch time, as there is a 50mm lens with my name on it, (assuming I got paid!)

I think that's it for now, so...

Have a great day everyone.

:)

In other news, it's still way too hot.

Ah, yes. Paydays. I remember those.

:(

We have a board meeting later, so I need to jot down some things I want to raise.

Other than that, keeping cool shall be the order of the day.

Onwards and sideways.

Time for a quick coffee & a fag before I'm off to a meeting with a potential new customer.

Morning World,

My week started with the loss of the outer skin of my sunroof, no idea where it's gone but Horace is sporting a classy cardboard sunroof with the black bin bag exterior while I try to find another one :? It's been an interesting few days at work, I have booked myself onto the IOSH course "Managing Safely" which is my first foray into the world of 'Elf and Safety, I'll be studying from the 12th-15th July for that one, then working up through my Certificate until I'm fully quafilied, it's a lot of work but once my new job description is sorted out and I've been bench-marked it should also equal a significant payrise, I guess we'll see.

Otherwise, I had a huge occular migraine last night and spent most of my evening sleeping, tonight I get to exercise, do laundry and have a bath before bed, what a fun and exciting life I lead eh?! Oh, and my hayfever has gone wild over the past few days leading me to the most itchy eyes any human bean ever had, which has given the attractive look of a heroin addict

Hope all is well with everyone.

Afternoon all.
Another muggy day. Still, at least I get to sit in an air conditioned cinema for a couple fo hours this evening (Wild Target). I do hope the film is half way decent.

Have a good one folks.
