I genuinely think it will be too early for 'silly season' with the press, though the 'experts' do say Summer is arriving quicker all the time...

I think that because of how they pick the housemates they get a mass of loose cannons which may make great telly when they kick off, but after a few weeks they can completely lose it. Silly season will come as soon as they run out of stories.

With Torchwood returning, does that mean there's a danger that there might be something worth watching on TV? Surely not.

That Father and Son on ITV is actually good (crime drama) Though you'd have to catch up with the first two eps; it's consecutive nights. On again tonight, finally ends tomorrow.

New Trailers: HBO’s BOARDWALK EMPIRE from Martin Scorsese and SOPRANOS Writer Terrence Winterhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UB3z0HmVeW0&NR=1http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aTCbddqoE4I&NR=1http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=StkrCTZPS-cCheck those out, I think I'll be having some of that EDIT | | | | Quote: Boardwalk Empire is an upcoming American television series from premium cable network HBO, set in Atlantic City, New Jersey during the Prohibition era. Starring Steve Buscemi, the show is adapted from Nelson Johnson's book, Boardwalk Empire: The Birth, High Times, and Corruption of Atlantic City by Emmy award-winning screenwriter and producer Terence Winter of The Sopranos.[1]
The pilot episode was directed by Martin Scorsese and he is expected to continue to be creatively involved in the ongoing production. On September 1, 2009, HBO picked up the series for an additional 11 episodes, making the first season 12 episodes long, including the pilot.[2] HBO has stated that the series will debut in the fall of 2010.[3] | | | | |
