If you guys can fix a date I might be able to make it. I think there are a couple of others in the Manchester area I could give a lift to.

I'd be coming from the Manchester area and would be happy to drive if there are a few of us going.

I'm not a definite until I know a date, so don't rely on me!

Peter.

I wouldn't mind, but like many people here, it's the lack of cash monies probably holding me back, plus it's also my BDay in August, so not sure what's going to happen, there's like 5 BDays all in a wwek of mine, so not sure if anything big is happening.

I'll have a check, plus I know a guy in London, I'll see how much he pays for tickets. So yeah!

Your new username wouldn't happen to be a Trailer Park Boys reference would it?

Did anyone get any further on deciding finer details about this?

I don't think so Ben, good to raise it though. I think we need to settle on a month when the majority of people can make it, then work on dates and locations from there?

London is way to far out for me. WAY to far out.

Even by train? And what about if other people were coming from a similar direction?

I was going to say, not sure where everyone is, but if Gav or Stu were passing by...

London is OK for me I think...It depends on where I am, if I'm in Aber, chances are I can get Faye to drive down, promising her some shopping time in Londydon and then a meal :D Otherwise I'll be coming from Surrey/Wiltshire and a train will probably be caught...

Well there's always the train possibility of it. But then it's accomidation.

I was thinking, why not, rent out a community hall for the weekend. everyone pay 20 quid each.

That covers the cost of the hall, and gas electricity. Bring your own food and a sleeping bag.

Sounds more fun that way.

We usually drive to Watford and park there to take the train into London. We'll probably book a hotel for the night (so hopefully it'll be on a Saturday) so neither of us has to drive.

If anyone else is going from the W.Midlands area and needs a ride (or wants to train to us) then just let me know. As for dates, July or August are looking good, June is jam packed already :(

I'm in Manchester, but I'd have to get permission from the boss lady... unless...

*thinking out loud - I could take her to London on another mini break, as she really liked the last one, and try to coincide it... Hmmm *
