Anyone else unable to access Rapidshare.com on Virgin Cable?

At my gf's trying to download my source code for my group project (I use it as reliable off-site backups for my work and PC images should anything happen) and all I'm getting is disconnections, never once even getting onto the home page, rest of the internet seems fine though
