I really like that font. I think all my essays were done in that. Mark

My brother is severely dysgraphic, he doesn't see the difference between bundles such as d,b,p and q. However he stills understand that has and as are two completely different words... I think this girl just milks it a bit..

My dissertation was a default font but as it was mind numbingly boring (how can you make RNA binding proteins in TAT-TAR complex in HIV-1, the HK domain in fragile X syndrome and Bicoid sound like fun) I cant remember what font was used. probably sans Serif or time new roman.

Earlier this week I made a BBQ from an old beer keg. When I cut it in half and the two pieces fell away from each other there was a dead mouse inside. It was fairly well stuck to the wall but it would have been funny if I'd cut it in two as well.
I have a photo which I'll share when it's uploaded.

If a production company uses your name in contract tenders without permission and with no intention of hiring you if they win, what should you do?

I think it would depend on the specifics a little more, what they had written me into the contract for etc. and also double checking it wasn't a case of mistaken identity.

Using a name in connection with a tender to get a contract. The company doesn't have any intention of using the person named yet they are stating that the person will be involved if the tender goes to them. Definitely not a case of mistaken identity. Mark

The person being named is never likely to be asked to work on the project.

Doesn't that make it a fairly simple case of fraud? It's effectively obtaining money on false pretences. I would at minimum speak to the person on the other end of the deal.

I would say that it is attempted fraud. They are trying to get a contract on the basis of a person being involved. If that person is not involved then at the very least I would have thought it was obtaining money by deception.

I've just discovered the space bar pauses songs in Spotify, and I'm guessing other media players. Question is, how long has everybody else known this?
