Yesterday I bought a couple of the new Birds Eye frozen fish in a bag things.
One was 2 fillets of pollock and the other was 2 salmon fillets.
Tried the pollock last night with charlotte potatoes and salad and the salmon tonight and they were both very nice!
25 mins in the oven straight from the freezer and onto a plate.
Easy and gorgeous!

Does anyone know where to procure some tender young cock? Or maybe a more mature one would be more satisfying? I suspect either would taste quite different to the chubby chick I just ate.
I boiled it slowly in a nice Burgundy with Charlotte and 'erbes de Provence. It was slurpolicious, but I imagine a true coq au vin would have a stronger flavour?
