HA!

I fully expect to get my tummy back probably at the aftershow party!

I'm built for comfort, not for speed... (Okay it's an analogy that I use for my car, but I think it can apply here too).

I like hugs and chocolate too much to bother with keeping toned =D

Just so I know --> Fruit and nuts okay?

There's a lot of fat in nuts, probably plenty of fibre (I'm assuming you're talking about the cereal) but very little protein. You need eggs, chicken, beans and fish.

Ooh no, literally just talking about fruit (just bought a load of plums and clementines) and nuts (pecans and brazils being favoured).

Ran to uni and back today. Everything is burning... I'm so unfit! Lol.

The fat in nuts is usually ok. There's different sorts of fats, and AFAIK, nuts are ok.

But do you inspect your nuts regularly like you are recommended to? ;)

Two weeks. Diet won't do much but it sounds like that isn't a problem. If you want ripped abs then exercise is the only way. Whenever you aren't doing something you are supposed to then sit ups, sit ups ,sit ups.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

Not in two weeks - without the right diet, that'll just make you look fatter as the muscle mass grows under the fat.

The only I can offer is:
- Ring in your calories. You should have an idea of how much you take in each day and you need to ring it in to the lowest amount without causing damage
- exercise. This will expend more calories and has a better effect than diet. Have a look at HIIT stuff.

Situps and crunches aren't the only exercises. A chin-up bar can be used to do leg raises with both knees bent and with legs straightened. Can also use weights to improve things.

Finally, you could always use those electronic pad things to shock the abs.

4 weeks would be better than 2 weeks.

If you are basically in shape not able to balance your beer on your gut whilst standing up then there is also cosmetic surgery. There is a abs insert AFAIK. Which gives the impression of a six pack without the effort.

This sounds good ^_^

I'm just gonna bang the cardio and might try that chinup stuff - good shout on that.

You are correct, but certain nuts in certain amounts. Not just fruit and nuts for two weeks.

Growing muscle and losing fat at the same time is very difficult, if you were to go to a muscle building regime you will likely put fat on ´bulking´, given the stupid time-frame i suggest a drastic ´cutting´ diet with similar levels of retarditude and malnutrition to Atkins, replacing meat with protein shakes. In other words don´t bother, use make-up.

Lol, well you guys were all right, it's very hard to do this.

I've done many a crunchie and many a situp this week, with some cardio thrown in (but I don't get much time for cardio).

I've shed some of the chub, but it's still a long way to go. Back to how I was before the chocolate binge of easter but no sign of muscle... Can't tense to test this as it HURTS SO MUCH!

I just was not cut out for exercise..

May just use makeup now that I fit into that t-shirt =/
