See previous post.

Watching the Da Vinci code doesn't count, either way Illuminati are believed to be mostly fictional. In the words of Hermes Conrad.... "I'm from the showme tribe, so show me"

I met and got an autograph from Colin McRae amongst other rather famous rally drivers before he passed away

More attempts to stop something that is inherently dynamic and thus inevitably doomed to failure.

What? Haemorrhoids are doomed to failure?

Surely you must agree that using the wrong spelling in the wrong context leads to confusion? Rit'n lanwij is awl about klarte, sherly.

it is but if it can be understood then it has achieved its function. All language is not static thats why words come into existance and some are left behind. SPAG police IMHO are usually a. being snobs. B. showing there insecurities . C. Just numpties :P or D. desperatly trying to preserve something empheral in aspic.

If I choose to speak or write a form of english that does not conform to the standard Queens English then I have that right, conversly another person has the right to ask "what the bleeding 'ell are you on about" if they do not understand.

Fair enough. I do, however, resent being considered a snob, insecure, a numpty or expecting everything to remain static. Would you like me to accuse you of being ill-educated and illiterate because you choose to write the language as you please, for that is how you come across to me, even though I know it is a completely erroneous assumption?

Chaucer's language is very different from the one we use now, as is Shakespeare's and Byron's. Even language from the 1940s is very different from now. I accept that. All I was pointing out with my original link was that ignorance and poor education can cause inadvertent harm through misunderstandings. After all, and we gifted the wonderful, evolving and growing language of English to the world, and it does us no harm to try to ensure it does not fall into misuse through ignorance.

thats what "they" want the world to belive ;) It did make me laugh though how some people speculate that on the american dollar they claim that it isin't george washington but infact Adam Weishaupt himself (founder of the illuminati) and he was a freemason too :P
