Made a delicious carrot cake on Saturday. Then my sister and brother-in-law didn't come round, so I'm going to be eating it all week, I think!

Just had a lovely Corned Beef Hash / Bubble and squeak. Topped with a couple of fried eggs. :D

At the weekend apart from coming up to London for the Chinese New Year festivities and eating yummy Chinese food I also made a (second) load of Marmalade

Got lots of it now in the garage but enough stuff to make 1 more batch which I must do before the end of the week otherwise the fruit will go off

Dinner:

Bolognaise-y pasta with garlic bread thing. Once a student, always a student, or something. Portion control was a bit off it seems. And plenty more for tomorrow. *Mutters something about being a growing lad*

Does look nice. Had my world-famous, own recipe tuna pasta bake last night. Haven't had it for a while as I'd overdosed a bit, but it was delicious. Then some carrot cake for pudding!

I also missed out a step and it didn't detract at all from the flavour, and saved on the washing up, so that's good and I can consider the recipe reduxed.

Greggs mini pizza tastes a bit like my old school and college pizza. Not quite the same though, I loved school pizza.

Absolutely loving Waitrose Toulouse Style sausages at the moment. Had them with ratatouille and sauté potatoes last night.

I'm going to guess that the step you missed out was putting it on a plate...? ;) :P  :etc:

I've just finished off some very "neither nice nor not nice" sushi, from EAT. I'm sure there's a better way of describing it, but for now words fail me...

Might try that next time. No, it was cutting out the onions, so just garlic and herbs in the tomato sauce (and cream and parmesan and tuna and sweetcorn).

Oh yes. Can't think of a sausage I don't like, though!
