Yes, it's a Minecraft thing... It's on the 4th and 5th July at the Excel Centre in London. Tickets sold out in a matter of minutes. If you've ever seen the episode of Big Bang Theory where they tried to get Comicon tickets, you'll have an idea of what it was like at my house lol

Minecraft? No, that's my daughter's thing, but I can't really let a 13 year old girl go to London on her own for two days. My attitude is if she's happy then I'm happy... to put up with Minecraft for a couple of days

Now if you want someone else to devote themselves to going round the stands with her while you and the wife go do something fun, that can be arranged

Fortunately, the wife is staying at home...

Sorry to hear that about Miss Blue. Bit surprised that if mobility was going to be an issue she didn't get issued with a wheelchair from the hospital and likewise with adequate pain relief medication. If its that bad I'm kind of surprised she was sent home. In any case hope things pick up and improve quickly.

Thanks, you and me both re the wheelchair. I guess people don't return them enough for them to keep handing them out. As for pain meds, she's already called the GP and had stronger stuff prescribed, again I guess it's more cost effective for the hospital not to provide the 'good stuff' for free.

I'm currently trying to hire her a wheelchair to make getting around the house a bit easier at least for the first week.

Meanwhile while she was at the hospital the car broke down, managed to get it repaired on the day, but I'm £240 lighter for it.
