Opinion? Don't. If you so much as lay a finger on that girl and her parents find out they will have you hung, drawn and quartered. Complaining to the tour company and making it their personal business to get you sacked will be the least of it. It wouldn't matter if she started it. It wouldn't matter if you actually really liked her. To them, because you're a tour rep by definition you're some sort of depraved sexual predator who tries to shag every girl that rolls up at the front desk. If she was there with friends or on her own, that would be one thing. But the fact her parents have come along probably means they don't trust her to be there on her own anyway, so they're going to be keeping an eye on her. You'll be risking a really sweet gig for a couple of nights fun. That's... dumb. Incredibly dumb.

Seriously, she'll be gone in a week or two anyway.

Jon

She's 20. If the parents are there for lack of trust then avoid her like the plague. However they could just be normal people.

What is on my mind is the stunning 20yr old Kerrie who just came through arrivals with her parents to stay in my best hotel. She has her own room and I desperately want her, but I need to figure out a way to do it without getting sacked. Ideas....?

I'm much reminded of the 16-year old girl who disclosed to her mother that she'd had unprotected sex whilst on a family holiday with a local who worked at the hotel they stayed at. Apart from having to manage that, the mother disclosed she'd be taking action against the hotel. No idea what the outcome was or whether she actually did anything but dude, you were warned!

The woman probably only has company policy on her side.

True and in all honesty, I don't think anything would have come of it.

I was under the impression she batted for both sides...

You know all the best websites!

Jon, lev, wolf, yeah I know. And it's annoying me. You're all right, but most of the younguns here have done it in various situations and it's Christmas and I want some

The problem here is, my brand is a lot posher, it's a 5 star hotel and the flagship of both my brand and the whole island. So it's not like I can just be out on the piss and bump into her :(

The parents seem quite nice and quite normal. They're only 48 and not massively posh. They're also long time returners to the island and it's their first time in the hotel. I don't think it's that Kerrie can't be trusted, it's just a family holiday that they regularly do. If I was 20 and my parents offered to take me to this place for Christmas, I would probably bite their hand off. It's lush here normally, but the Christmas program is especially awesome.

The only thing is was thinking was maybe a note under both their doors and tell them about what's happening locally, but give the parents different options to the daughter. See if she goes for it. If not, game over. If she does, you know she's up for it...?

Bit of holiday/mistletoe/wine-fuelled magic. Am I wrong to want that?!

Take a photo of her, stick her face on your doll, get it over and done with.

Try and time it so she catches you during your arms workout, explain to her you don't have much time outside work so you need to sculpt your guns next to the swimming pool, offer to squire her about town.

I saw a documentary about that, it worked out well. Good advice.
