Can somebody please explain why, when I sneeze at the moment, I feel like what can only be described as a cross between a muscle spasm and an electric shock running down the top third of my spine. It only lasts for three or four seconds, but god is it painful.

I always turn the f'ing autocorrect off on my mobile devices. A bigger problem for me is, that I spend half of my time writing English, the other half German. It isn't intelligent enough to work out which language I'm using and keeps trying to autocorrect English into German!

Office does it as well, but after one sentence, it usually recognises that I have switched languages, but it still tries to correct the first sentence.

For example "The top of the rope" becomes "Thema Typ oft Herr Opa"

I get them quite often. The pain I get starts in my right shoulder/back and moves down my arm. It's the most intense and painful sensation - yet very short lived - I've ever experienced. People think I'm nuts when I describe it to them.

I hate that. Almost as much as the people who say to me "how can that possibly hurt?". :x

When I was staying in North Carolina, I actually heard one of these. America is a violent place folks, and it's full of crazies. One of those "I thought the stereotypes would be inaccurate, until I actually went there".http://www.slate.com/articles/news_and_ ... most_viral

It's also full of lovely people, just for the record, too, but there are elements of US society that I find deeply unsettling that I haven't experienced since being in Rio de Janeiro or Buenos Aires - you have to be a bit wary about going "out" you have to think about things "strategically". It's a totally different feeling to living in Western Europe and I hope you all realise just how privileged we are (though I wish I lived in Southern Germany rather than here).

Why wish? You only have one life

Prioritise your wishes and make them goals
