It's a bit like an Apple, without the dongles.

A cheaper, better specced Apple.

Same as an iPhone, but with all of the features that Apple don't want you to have.

8!

John, suggestion for the next update: make an option to turn off sound! When I play, I have a podcast or audio book playing in the background, or I am somewhere where I can't have sound (E.g. waiting room).

You mean like an email program written so badly that it is possible to have a negative number of unread emails, and half-assed integration with iTunes, iCal and Contacts that never really works properly.

I can happily live without those so my next phone will be an iPhone.

I don't think I'll ever buy android. I've used them as my boyfriend has the phone and a couple of tablets. The only complaint he has about the iPad is there's no 'universal back button' (his words)

Things like using an NFC token to unlock your password vault or using NFC to pair devices or join Wi-Fi networks. NFC for setting a phone in meeting mode (we had tokens on the doors to our meeting rooms, you hold the phone against it as you enter and it turns it to silent mode automatically (turns off tones and vibrations).

Thank you, Unity, for dropping support for Tegra 2 devices, and really going to town to let us all know.

Looks like I'll have to fire up a virtual machine and re-build, if I want anything to work on older 'phones and tablets, like the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.1

Guess I should investigate how many of those are still in use, first.

Wow, I got feedback from the dev on the Play Store! I'm honoured!

Edit: Set up my eldest daughter's new phone this evening. Installed Retro Bee straight away. She was happy.

Looks like between 12 and 50 installs so far. Google's stats are very acurate...
