Steam finally gets a customer-friendly refund policy | GamesRadar http://www.gamesradar.com/steam-refunds/ Don't use it myself, but it seems like a good thing. Games are broken from the fcuking get-go now, and there's nothing to say an infuriating/game destroying bug won't appear just before the end of an 8 hour+ campaign. At least you could argue your case. |
