Flight plans change at the drop of a hat. He's talking [LIFTED] if he thinks any lack of preplanned permit has anything to do with the crash. The flight would be controlled by aiftraffic control throughout.

funny they found this sad disaster so fast
the other aircraft disaster wreckage is still waiting to be found
but that aircraft was carry gold bullion ...

Not that funny. The water there is very shallow and it was covered by radar when it went down. Flights where it takes ages to find the wreckage are often out of radar range and/or in deep water.
