I've just had a strawberry french set yoghurt, a golden delicious apple, and 300ml of water.

You eat quite healthily don't you?!

It's quite nice actually, someone who isn't telling me, "You're so thinnnn." or "Eat some chipssss." or "I'm going to force feed you a KFC."

I think I'm going to have some nice Salmon and rocket for teah. Hell I may even go mad and have a few cherry tomatoes!

Overall I would say Im quite good. I cycle about 10 miles a day, and started swimming this week again after a few weeks off, still managed 1530 metres which is just short of mile without stopping :D

KFC Yuck!!!

I think the main thing for me is, if I know im eating enough for what I need, and not starving my body of what it needs then fine.

Sarnie - wholemeal bread, stilton, red oinion, oak smoked ham, beetroot and mayo (salt and pepper always...).

And a glass of full fat milk.

And a bag of Quavers

Chicken Sandwich on Wholemeal bread, vanilla smoothie, protein bar (or 3) and a yoghurt.

Oo and I also ate about 10 teaspoons of peanut butter out of the jar earlier.
