Advertising is definitely an industry unlike any other I've worked at

I thought advertising was just sitting around on beanbags thinking of slogans to sell sh!t

Sadly that's not the case

After last night's disastrous shift, I can't help wondering what tonight's shift will be like. Stressful as hell I expect.

I've had my bra on for 2 hours and 40 minutes and it's already getting on my nerves

Still don't get it. They're two completely different things. Or am I not supposed to mention women's clothing as this is a male dominated forum?

I'm sure this message will be acceptable and won't cause anyone any embarrassment.

I've recently started seeing a big chunk of my family again after being a pariah for over 20 years. I kept in touch with some of them but didn't see the rest. Now I'm back my domineering aunt is trying to put her nose in places where it's not wanted like making the decision about where I'm staying when I go there to visit.

I think I can cope with it as I live in London and they're all in Southampton but I can feel the following sentence will be leaving my lips at some point:

I'm nearly 50 years old, I think I'm old enough to make my own decisions now

Families eh? :)

Why should you have to cope with it?
I certainly wouldn't tolerate that kind of control-freakery from an aunt.

The 70 mile distance between us helps! She does it to everyone so it's not just me. When my uncle died recently she tried to bully his widow in to staying with them. Understandably she wanted time on her own in her own home

Funnily enough, I was watching the IT crowd S2 last night and the episode where Moss creates a better bra came up. Which then sets on fire.

I'm guessing it would have been more ironic if you'd said that you took your bra off on the train. :| :)

What is Michael Gove up to? He’s been awfully quiet the last couple of days.

I'm going to say he's busy sharpening things.
