The reason it takes so long, is that they first have to find an asteroid to inject. ;)

I've had a few steroid injections over the years, after a gout attack. They work wonders.

I'm moving back to the UK in just under 2 weeks. I'm a lot less fit than I was when I left.

I'm going to join up with my roller derby team again. I'll be living in Darlington and working in Newcastle. Also, there's a BMF class in Newcastle.

I also have a flat almost still full of [LIFTED] that I basically have to throw away because shipping it to the uk costs more than to replace it all.

Anyway, I think I'm going to buy a camera (a TomTom Bandit) and start a video log thing. Just because.

Track my new job, new house, roller derby, fitness, etc...

Fallout 4 does, but really as a button, not using the touch pad functionality.
