Had the first therapy on my neck and back yesterday. Plastic handle with a sharp point stuck between each vertebrae and pushed down hard!

Flippin' heck that hurts! Only another 5 sessions... This morning my muscles all hurt and and there are bruises all over my back, but I can move my neck better than yesterday.

We had one of those we ordered for a customer.
Lovely laptop, specs weren't easy to change at all & approx 3 weeks delivery

Yeah, the delivery time is better now I noticed. The review sites mentioned changing the screen and SSD specs but I couldn't see or do any of that last night.

Any time I've looked at something on the dell website I've found the available customisation option confusing, laughable or a combination of both. I can only assume corporate customers get a different system.

Yeah, and it would appear the UK doesn't get to choose specs while a lot of other countries do (UK bit confirmed by one site, and just about everything is customisable elsewhere). There's no point in having a touchscreen I won't use that drains battery and adds to the cost while being distractingly shiny... Fcuktards :x

Just had a conference call phone interview. The line was terrible. Struggled to hear them. Not even sure if I was offered a job, a consultants position or nothing at all. Thankfully they're emailing me some details.

As it's a nice day, my mind turns towards getting the Camaro out of the garage.
One flat tyre - get busy with the pump and that's sorted. Check the others - low, but not too bad.
Try to start her.
Nothing. The battery's only a couple of years old.
Battery won't even take a charge from either of the chargers.
Thankfully, the old ACDelco unit is still in the garage and has come up to strength.
I'll swap them out tomorrow and see if she'll turn over.

You're more than welcome to donate towards the body work issues I know will need addressing.

Since they've actually got their website working as of this hour, I ordered this

http://www.dell.com/uk/p/xps-13-9343-la ... 343-laptop

Now, it's Dell, so I'm not letting myself get too excited ;)

I went for the I5 since I want battery life over power (don't need it). Standard screen because a touchscreen on a laptop is counter-intuitive to me, and I don't care about pixels in the main. And especially not on a 13" screen.

Other Ultrabook manufacturers are available ;) , but around this price they tend to be offering a 128 SSD, some serious weight, and don't have a light-up keyboard

Just packing stuff. Packed my DVDs and I don't think I've bought any in the last 3-4 years. Maybe longer.

My new exercise schedule starts this week. Last 6 weeks have been mostly cardio-based with little weight work and I have lost 14kg (31lb) during that time.
This week begins a new series of strength work, particularly focussed on upper body, shoulders etc and changing my fast days to Monday and Friday.
I also begin 3 months worth of PT sessions tomorrow.

Roll on June!
