Is this the thirty minute trailer, or have they decided to split it into three ten minute trailers?

Still looking forward to it.
Mainly to see what Jackson's take on 3D is like.
It's been a while since I've seen a 3D title that I didn't like, tbh.
I think we're over the hump and we've figured out what works with it.

Oh For Pity's Sake. One of the selling points of '300' is there actually WAS a Battle of Themopylae, there actually WERE 300 Spartans who defended the pass from an entire army until they were betrayed and it actually DID act as a spur to Greek democracy, and therefore democracy throughout the civilised world.

Why the merry gods of Olympus does something like that need a prequel.

Reckon the Spartans are all dead now. I think it's the movie studio.

I was being sarcastic.

The studio could do any number of historical story lines. No problem about copyright, I think 2500+ years is outside copyright limitations. ;)

Funny & sarcasm flags required. Lost in translation.

Avengers disc release balls-up

http://www.bleedingcool.com/2012/09/19/ ... -coverage/

http://articles.chicagotribune.com/2012 ... me-release

I knew something was off with the Loki scene, but thought I remembered it wrong

I had to take the disc out of the PS3, but I had been slowly making my way through the extras. Hence not realising the commentary that was on the site listing wasn't on it :x

Normally I wouldn't be fussed on that, but a Whedon commentary? My copy's going back, they can go fcuk themselves if they think that's any way to treat customers.

Dunno how I missed your earlier post until I saw a related post in the best/wkrst bought item thread.

Instead Disney suggested that hardcore fans should try to import the American version of the Blu-ray disc, which contains Whedon's commentary and the full spear effect.

Fcuk that! This is why I hate film companies and either wait for the superduper100%everythingincluded version or just pirate it. There are some films where there are different versions and some people have gone to the extent of combining them all to get the whole film.
