You know, if I started running around the place with a gas-powered naked flame, the police and fire brigade would have something to say about it.

Once again, it's one rule for some people, and another for the rest of us. :-(

Mind you, looking a the footage of the torch lighting, I can't help thinking that they tried to get a Deanna Troi look-a-like to do the honours.
