Actually, I'm not surprised. Ad producers often have no clue of their industry, why should software be different?

What I learned at the weekend is the wrong wording does not inspire much confidence in a product.

I had to reboot on of our Mitel phone switches at the weekend. The command is SYSTEM RESET which implies something quite different so I was reluctant to do it.
