Even very mildly spicy curries can give you a burning ring of fire.



Went to an Indian restaurant last night. Food was mildly spicy if any. Lots of flavours. Since waking up, I've had to go to the toilet three times and I'm still getting the burn. I thought it was only hot curries that did it.
