Chuckie Egg returns!

Quote:
Here's a blast from the past like no other: Chuckie Egg, the side scrolling, platforming egg collector game of the mid-Eighties is back on our screens once again.

The game has been recreated as an internet flash game by a Mr. Neil Crutchlow of AnF Software and released for all at repton3.co.uk.

Chuckie Egg was initially released on the ZX Spectrum, the BBC Micro and the Dragon in 1985 but its popularity saw it come to other systems including the Commodore 64, Acorn Electron, MSX, Tatung Einstein, Amstrad CPC and Atari 8-bit family.

Players take control of Hen-House Harry, collecting twelve eggs positioned on each level, before a countdown reaches zero.

Piles of seed can be collected to increase points and stop the countdown timer for a while. Oh and there are also hens patrolling the level that will kill you.

Anyway, enough history go and play it...You're already playing it aren't you?

My post from Ernies Bargains:

STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl, 75p on Games for Windows. Today only: clicky

I've only ever bought the STALKER series on offer because, for some reason, they just wind me up. That said, I would pay 75p for it if I didn't have it, you can't go wrong. :D

I bought a few games from Steam last Christmas and all I've played so far is the intro to Bioshock. So until I've played Portal, STALKER, Team Fortress 2 and Bioshock I probably shouldn't buy any others.

Both showing up as £9.99 for me, perhaps it was an error?
