About 3 years ago we altered our company emails so it automatically puts the persons name, job title and phone number on the bottom of their emails.
Now I'm sure I did it somewhere in MS Exchange but having had a look can't remember.
Is it possible?
I know we use "Exclaimer" for the disclaimers at the very foot of our emails but its not using that re. signature.

The disclaimer can be force fed into exchange with a bit of VBscript, but I don't know about the signature itself, don't you use stationery?

Thanks for your reply.
Have discovered I can force the alteration through using Disclaimer so have done so.
