spec is in my sig, the cooling is arranged to draw air in through the back, side and front, and exhaust from the top.

ive modified the Antec 300 in a few ways too: the grills over the front fans have been removed to reduce turbulence (it makes a really annoying noise), and the motherboard tray has had a hole cut in it to allow for backplated CPU coolers to be fitted. pics below
