Hey guys,

Thought I'd start this thread up again on here, since we are now a lively place, with many many forumites :D

You know the deal, post pics of your build, desk setup or upcoming rigs :D I haven't any pictures of my own on this PC, but when I get home later this afternoon, I'll see what I can do :)

So, post away! We're eager to see what your posting on :P

If I get a week spare, I may have enough time to actually tidy my room to the point where I am prepared to show it to people…

Alright then, I'll kick off
Image

It's a Q6600 (B3) at 2.4ghz
Asus Striker Extreme motherboard
Corsair XMS2 8gb RAM
4 HD's (Samsung Spinpoint HD501, Seagate Barracuda 500gb, WD Caviar, Maxtor Diamondmax 10 (due for retirement))
Geforce GTX 260
Creative X-FI Fatal1ty
Seasonic M12-600 PSU
Wrapped in a Thermaltake Armour
Got a Samsung 226bw monitor and a Logitech G15 keyboard too.

The heatsink should be facing the rear fan, but the chipset coolers foul the fins, so it would only fit this way, but I'm looking to replace it with a Tuniq Tower or Thermalright Ultra shortly.

mars-bar-man you have an almost identical looking computer to my old one >.<

Well the internals at any rate.

Only difference was I was running two 8600GTs.

I'll post my current setup when I can get my hands on a camera.

iMac 24" (first generation, in white), I like it much better than the newer models. Uses relatively little power, I think it idels at under 80W, including display and peaks at around 150-170W under load. 8)

It is also virtually silent, even under load!

FJS Scaleo P quad core (Q6600), 4GB RAM, 500GB HD, 9600GT graphics. All the lights in the case have been disconnected. Connected to a 24" LG W2452T monitor.

Acer Extensa WLMi600 laptop (Pentium M 1.6Ghz, Centrino, ATi Radeon Mobility X700).
