| Post subject: | Movies not importing in iPhoto. |
I'm currently using a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ72 bridge camera and so far things are going Ok except for one thing. Short movies I have taken are not showing up in iPhoto, which is version, 8.1.2 aka iPhoto '09. I can replay the movies on the camera fine, but they are not even showing up in the iPhoto window. Is there something obvious I'm missing here? Is this version of iPhoto too old? |

Stupid question but what format are the movies recorded in? Looks like the camera records in MP4 or in AVCHD but IIRC there might be issues with the latter format. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202465 |

No, nothing at all.
Will look into this, thanks. Edit: It was recording in AVCHD so I have switched to HD MP4 and everything is working fine. Thanks again. |
