the new systems are inspirons 3252 which have intel n3700 cpu with intel HD gpu, 8GB of ram and a 1TB HDD.
the cost for both systems was £526 which run windows 10 home 64 bit ...

Just bought a Mac mini

It's only the 1.4 base model (£399 from Curry's) but is pretty spritely compared to my 2006 iMac so I'm quite pleased with it actually.

the mac mini are very nice low powered systems. i had 2 of the older ones some years ago but apple stopped support for them after 10.6.8 SL hence the shuttle systems to replace them and now the newer systems by dell ...
